The 2026 ODS Play it Forward Party

The 2026 ODS Play it Forward Party is our signature celebration and one of our largest fundraisers of the year. This year's party will be held on the evening of Saturday, June 6th at Babycat Brewery in Kensington, MD and we hope you will join us for a night celebrating inclusion, friendship and fun.

The event will be caterered by our friends at Corcoran Caterers, with craft beer and wine from Babycat Brewery and live music from The Timmie Metz Trio. We will honor our 2026 ODS Changemaker Awardees and all proceeds from the evening will go straight towards the inclusive and adapted sports programs we provide for free all year.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Sponsorships are the key to our fundraising success at events like this and doesn't just put a logo on a banner; it directly funds the coaches, equipment, and facility rentals that keep our programs free for the families who need them most.

ODS is a small but mighty nonprofit and has no large corporate funders or institutional support to help make ends meet.

For the 2026 ODS Play it Forward Party, sponsorship tiers are designed to directly support free sports programming for nearly 900 individuals with special needs.

The following levels—Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze and our Player Family Sponsor range from $5,000 to $250 and offer various ways to showcase your commitment to community inclusion.

Our Honor Wall Sponsorship gives families an opportunity to honor their player, peer buddy, assistant coach or head coach, highlighting the quality that stands out as part of their participation in the ODS community. Submissions need to be in by May 20th in time to order for the party.
